The Individual Team Building Stations requires ten to fifteen participants to work together to complete the activity. It can be used to introduce the concepts in team building, trust and communication.

The Team Survival Challenge requires ten to fifteen participants to work together to carry a weighted body (“injured friend”) over an initiative course. It can be used to further develop the concepts in team building, trust and communication.
Trust Trail is a blindfolded partner activity, which relies on trust and good communication. This activity encourages each participant to rediscover a number of their senses as they follow a bush trail. The participants have an opportunity to be both a sighted and blindfolded.
